Ever found yourself rushing out of the door only to get to work completely starved? Yes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day but many of us skip it because we just don’t have time or let’s be honest, would rather get that extra 15 minutes of shut eye. This is usually me in the morning. I often find myself rushing to get out of the door in hopes of finally catching my train on time (for once). So if it weren’t for easy recipes like these, I would be completely starved until lunch time which is just no way to treat yourself. This overnight oats recipe is truly awesome not only because of how tasty and healthy it is but also because it’s super filling! You certainly will not have a problem making it to lunch with this easy meal. It’s also really simple to make and is something you can prepare the night before—hence avoiding that mad rush in the morning (and getting in that extra shuteye!).
