I absolutely love a good turkey burger! Not only are they super tasty and satisfying, but they’re also very lean and a healthy alternative to beef. I usually hit up Silver Diner as I’m coming home from work as they have the best turkey burgers near me. Or I’ll grab the frozen turkey burgers from Trader Joe’s which are pretty good. Although this time, I thought I’d make my own and they turned out delicious! I meal prep every Sunday so I don’t have to worry about cooking for a few days. Therefore I prepped these burgers in a way where I could easily throw one in the pan when I get home from work and keep it moving. So for all of you busy people out there who end up eating out way more often than you’d like to admit, this is a great recipe/meal prep idea that will last you a few days. Enjoy!
